Language in Thailand

The official language in Thailand would be the Thai language. This language is spoken mostly by everyone in Thailand. Other than Thai language, several regional dialects are also spoken as well. Chinese, Malay, Lao, Mon-khmer and English are some of the languages spoke in Thailand as well. Due to having English speaking tourists visiting, English is becoming more used in government and commerce. It is being taught as a second language in secondary and universities so as to help the locals to communicate with the tourists in ease.
